Crossfit Venator Box Jump Competition

I’m competing with my gym in a team crossfit competition the end of January! What this means for my Ironman training…well, the plan is to build as much strength as possible until the end of February, when my focus changes to 100% on biking, running, and swimming. Until then, my weeks look something like this:

Monday: Rest
Tuesday: 1-on-1 Personal training powerlifting & strength WOD
Wednesday: Group crossfit class
Thursday: Group crossfit class
Friday: 1-on-1 Personal training powerlifting & strength WOD
Saturday: BRICK workout
Sunday: BRICK workout

Powerlifting = bench press, back squat, dead lift
BRICK = pick two: swim, bike, run
WOD = Crossfit “Workout Of the Day” high intensity, varied, and short
